Mr. François SALESSE, husband of the late Julienne Salesse, of Pointe-aux-Trembles, entered into the peace of the Lord, in Lachenaie (Terrebonne), on Sunday, November 29, 2020, at the age of 91.

He is survived by :

her children Michèle Salesse, Alain Salesse and his wife Victoria Block and Patrick Salesse

her grandchildren Èvelyne, Julien, Thierry Vigneux-Salesse and Antoine Malette-Chénier.

his brothers and sisters Louis Salesse, Édith Segond, Monique Denis, Maurice and Monique Salesse, Marie Muller

his nephews and nieces Michel, Olivier, Brigitte and Loïc, Françoise and Philippe, Bernard and Cathy, Pierre and Sylvie, Emmanuel and Marie-Claire, Odile and Achras, François-Xavier and Tamya, their children and grandchildren.

François Salesse is the recipient of several medals: from the Quebec National Assembly and the Red Cross, as well as several military medals and bars, including one from the UN. He has also received a Certificate of Honor and a Commemorative Scarf in the colors of the 325th anniversary of Pointe-aux-Trembles as a community ambassador for his social devotion; as well as several commemorative plaques.

A mass will be celebrated atSaint-Marcel church in Pointe-aux-Trembles – on Saturday, December 19 at 11 a.m.

Interment of ashes will take place at Repos Saint-François-d’Assise cemetery at a later date.

Your expressions of sympathy can take the form of a donation on site or by mail to the Pierre-LeGardeur Hospital Palliative Care Unit Foundation. We would like to thank LeGardeur Hospital for all its care, and especially the Palliative Care Unit.
