Lise Gignac, 85, passed away peacefully in Montreal on January 9.

She is survived by her children Martin (Manon); Michel (Isabelle) and Anne-Marie (Yvan), her grandchildren Madeleine; Émile; Nathan; Loudavick; Louis; Olivier and Mickaël, her sister Pauline (Pierre), and many other relatives and friends.

Our special thanks go to the palliative care team at CLSC Rosemont and to the nursing staff on the 6th floor of the CHSLD de Saint-Michel for the excellent care they provided and for their great humanity and kindness.

The family will receive condolences on Saturday, February1, at our 4250 Ontario East branch in Montreal, from 1 to 4 p.m. A brief ceremony in his honour will follow, followed by a snack for those wishing to spend time with the family.
