Mario Laporte, husband of (late) Pierrette Bernier, passed away in Terrebonne on March 14, 2024 at the age of 79.

Born February 6, 1945 in Grand-Mère, he was the son of (the late) Aurore Lefebvre and (the late) Maurice Laporte.

He is survived by his children Josée, Chantal, Diane and Marc-André, his grandchildren Gaby (Cindy), Samantha Ranee (Jeremy), Ashley Devi, William, Alyssia and Mathys; great-grandchildren Lily-Jade and Alexis, brothers and sisters Jean, André, Denis (Lucie), Thérèse (Marc), Lucie (Michel), and Louis; preceded in death by (late) Robert (Diane), (late) Claude, (late) Paul, (late) Ginette and (late) Diane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
